About Tom Cronkrite
Tom got into travel – when reservations were made on the phone and itineraries were typed by hand – because he could type like the wind. He also learned like the wind because four years later he bought the agency. He operated it for ten years before selling it to move to Portland.
In Portland, he worked for twelve years as General Manager of a large agency specializing in group and incentive travel. He learned three lessons there that benefit each of his clients.
Travel happens twenty-four hours a day. If it’s called for, he’ll get up in the middle of the night to check on things twelve time zones away.
A successful event depends on getting the details right and making sure the details work together smoothly.
He learned to respect the personal nature of travel. He remembers your preferences and appreciates his clients. You might return home to find a welcome home note or a bag of your favorite coffee.
Now Tom again owns his own agency where he puts all his learning to work. He gives each client and every trip his personal attention, making sure they avoid the potholes and complications that can surprise even the most seasoned road warrior. Tom’s clients travel with confidence knowing a travel-industry veteran with thirty years experience has their back.
